In 2015 I used Jane’s real estate expertise to purchase my first cabin in Big Bear. I was very pleased with her knowledge and attention to detail that it was a “No Brainer” to use Jane’s real estate services when I decided to upgrade to a larger cabin. Jane listed my cabin and within a couple of weeks I had multiple offers and accepted an offer above listing price. Jane also negotiated a great deal on the purchase of my new cabin. Jane handled both the sale and purchase like a true professional. Jane does not give excuses, she gives results. Jane, I want to sincerely Thank You and Ed for going above and beyond and making this a wonderful, stress free experience.

Jane is very knowledgeable about the local Big Bear market. She was our realtor and found us our dream cabin. Very patient and professional. She worked diligently to find us a home that matched what we were looking for without being overwhelmed by a lot of inventory. Always punctual and responsive to our needs. We highly recommend Jane Brayton.
