She is great. My husband and I would like to thank her for always being available to us and taking time to make sure we saw every house that we were interested in and the many houses she picked out to show us. Never a problem with time because she was always there for us. Our phone calls were many and she always found time to call us right back. We love the house she found us and can’t wait to move in. I would recommend her to everyone one who is looking for a home in Big Bear she will find you something great and what is affordable for you. Thanks again Jane we appreciate you.

I am licensed through the CA BRE and needed to sell my home in an area that i moved away from. Jane was someone i worked with before i became licensed and I knew she could do a more efficient job being locally then i could being out of the area. Jane is a very thorough agent with excellent knowledge of the local market. She made sure all of the paperwork was done correctly and she addressed any concerns i had promptly. I would definitely use her services again, and I have personally recommended to her to family, friends and clients.

We bought this home through Jane 12 years ago. We were so impressed with her service we called her to now list it for us. Jane is very knowledgeable about the comps that our property would be competing with. She priced the property to ensure we would get top dollar without overpricing where it would just sit on the market. Since we are out of town owners Jane advised us of all of the Ca. real estate laws. Nothing was a surprise to us at anytime through the process. She ensured we were well educated as to each step of the process. Jane is always willing to go the extra mile such as helping to stage the property to make it appealing to the buyers. She continually stayed in contact with us giving us updates as she became aware of them. We have bought and sold 3 other properties and this was the smoothest real estate transaction of them all. I would most definitely recommend Jane to anyone looking to buy or sell property in the Big bear/Sugarloaf Ca. area.

Jane Brayton is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares for the families she represents. Jane was pleasant from our first encounter and always made time to show us properties. Jane was always available when we had a question or concern. I have purchased properties in the past and have dealt with many realtors. I must honestly say that Jane is by far the BEST realtor I have had the pleasure to know. If you are reading this and are unsure as to what realtor to select, choose Jane, you will not be disappointed. Thank you Jane for all your hard work. My wife and kids were so exited when we got the keys to our cabin. You are a great realtor because you are a wonderful person
