Big Bear is known as a spot to own a second home for vacations and/or rental income from your 
property via vacation rentals. BUT, there are approx. 20,000 residents in our little Big Bear Valley per 2020 Census and as I write this (July 3, 2023) our population as swelled as it does every time this year for the year end holidays (cooler heads will prevail as there are so many cars and the 2 big grocery stores are busy all the time).
